The planning application at Little Testwood, a 5ha site located in Hampshire, was one of a three part scheme to retain and improve local sporting and recreational facilities and to provide additional local housing.
Moira Hankinson acted as expert witness at the subsequent appeal. As well as providing expert evidence based on the LVIA, a review against policy and refusal as to the effect on of the proposals on Strategic Gap and River Valley policy areas relating to openness, visual amenity and lighting was given.
