The Concept Masterplan illustrates an extensive proposed open space network, incorporating a Country Park, both public and private sports pitches, Neighbourhood Equipped Areas of Play (NEAPs) Local Equipped Areas of Play (LEAPs) green pedestrian / cycle corridors and incidental open space.
As such the development meets the Six Acre Standards as set out by the National Playing Fields Association. These areas of open space not only knit the development into the surrounding landscape, but provides a robust network for both the anticipated, and existing, residents of Biddenham.
