Hankinson Duckett Associates have produced detailed proposals for a new neighbourhood comprising some 650 new houses with associated public open space, sporting and community facilities.
Site analysis revealed the positive attributes of the site and the need to integrate the new development with the existing urban fabric. Subsequent design development centred on the urban design code and included the incorporation of a range of open spaces within the proposals, including Avenues, Lanes and Village Green.
