Working closely with other consultants, HDA prepared hard and soft landscape proposals for the proposed redevelopment of the Met Office, for housing. In support of an outline planning application HDA prepared an overall landscape analysis of the site, conceptual studies for definitive areas of the design, a landscape masterplan and a written statement detailing the overall landscape strategy.
Following a successful application, HDA prepared construction details for the soft landscape works, including outline specifications and a detailed planting plan to satisfy the planning conditions and in preparation for tender.
