HDA was commission by the Bell Education Trust to develop a masterplan for the proposed residential development of their 7.8ha Bell School site. The masterplan and accompanying Design and Access Statement were key to the successful planning application.
The key elements which formed the overall masterplan were developed in the landscape strategy by HDA using information gathered from the Southern Fringe Development Framework, public consultation, council guidance and analysis of the site.
