Hankinson Duckett Associates was appointed to prepare a master plan and detail design for both outdoor and indoor recreation at Tadley, near Basingstoke. The proposals include a 9 hole golf course, multi-purpose sports pitches, tennis courts, a pavilion and sports hall together with associated car parking facilities.
The site is located on the periphery of Tadley adjacent to Tadley Common and is in the vicinity of several SSSI’s. The site must be developed retaining peripheral trees to accommodate the sensitivity of it’s location. HDA have co-ordinated the environmental assessment of the scheme impact on the SSSI’s.
