Hankinson Duckett Associates acted as expert witness at the successful planning appeal at Little Testwood near Southampton. The site is one of a three part scheme to retain and improve local sporting and recreational facilities and to provide additional local housing.
The Planning Inspector agreed with HDAs evidence that the proposed sports and recreational facilities would not have a detrimental effect on the open character of the Strategic Gap, within which the site is located.
