Hankinson Duckett associates was commissioned to review housing allocations and the open space strategy north of Bognor Regis. HDA represented Arun District Council at the Local Plan Inquiry.
The study involved desk top assessment and field survey work to provide a character analysis of Bognor Regis, based on areas of district landscape character, with an analysis of the landscape in relation to the town’s setting.
