BABRAHAM ROAD RECEIVES
OUTLINE PLANNING CONSENT
Babraham Road, a residential development site identified by the Cambridge Southern Fringe Area Development Framework has received outline planning permission. HDA prepared the masterplan, Design and Access statement, and other supporting documents for this development of 347 residential apartments and houses.
The site is adjacent to Addenbrookes hospital and will provide a mix of market homes, key worker homes and student accommodation.
