HDA was lead designer for this outline application to provide up to 510 new dwellings in Evesham.
Our in-house team of consultants provided a co-ordinated approach addressing all the site's constraints and opportunities. An avenue will provide a direct link across the site with views to Evesham's ancient Bell Tower. Open space within the site includes the retention of an old orchard - habitat to the Noble Chafer, a rare beetle. The proposals were supported by a Design and Access Statement, a landscape and visual assessment, ecological and arboricultural assessments, and a pre-application exhibition.
