Hankinson Duckett Associates has recently been appointed by Chichester District Council to undertaking an assessment of the landscape capacity of the Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) within the District.
The objective of the study is to inform decision making on where and how development might be accommodated within the District without an unacceptable impact on landscape character of the AONBs, and the setting of outstanding assets within the District. The assessment will be used to inform the preparation of the Core Strategy and other development plan documents for the District.
