HDA completed a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment in support of a planning application for tourist accommodation at Crossbush. This potentially sensitive site was close to the proposed National Park, a popular area for walkers and close to Arundel with its historic town centre.
A preliminary assessment of the proposals was undertaken and advice given as how to best address landscape issues, in terms of complying with policy and minimising landscape impacts. HDA also completed a vision document, illustrative masterplan and a detailed planting schedule to accompany the planning submission.
