Hankinson Duckett Associates recently acted for Barratt Homes in their appeal for a large housing development at Slough.
The Local Plan is relatively new, and identified the site as part of a 'Green Wedge'. Whilst the Inspector recommended refusal, the Secretary of State permitted the scheme, because it provided much-needed affordable family homes, as well as open-market housing.
